Sophie’s month has been rather busy, read the update on the lambs below:

The ewes and lambs got moved to the big field. All the older sheep got vaccinated for blue tongue and the lambs got vaccinated with Heptavac. The lambs will get vaccinated for blue tongue when they are old enough and I started shearing some of the show sheep. Still a few more to shear this weekend and they are all booked in for Newark show. So we shall see how that goes. Hopefully we have some strong ewes and lambs.

I have also made a start on mucking out the lambing pens so it’s very busy at the moment, but enjoying the better weather as we go into Spring!
