Diary of a Revesby Shepherdess – July 2026
Diary of a Revesby Shepherdess- July 2026
July is just starting with a few more shows to look forward to. I have been busy washing and trimming sheep up for Ashby show on Sunday. The ewes were all penned up last week for fly treatment and to sort out a ewe lamb that managed to get some grass seeds in her eye. It will soon be tupping time again, so we are on the look out for another tup to join the flock. We sold some older ewes and the rest of the wethers to keep the numbers at the same level as last year. In couples weeks time we have Heckington show and then Revesby to finish the year, which will be exciting! Then the rams will go in for January lambing again.
